PROGRAMME ASSISTANT
Report to: Coordinator
Workplace: Opera Business Center, 60 Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi
Type of job: Full - time 
Expected starting date: 25/10/2021
Duration: 12 months (can be renewed)

Main responsibility:
- Be manager of "Growing up with mountainous preschool students” project
- Assist the team in planning, implementing and monitoring the activities of other projects
- Be responsible for performing general administrative tasks (such as preparing logistics for travels and events/meetings; sorting, screening and distributing incoming mail, pouch, fax and processing outgoing mail, fax, pouch; maintaining an effective office filing system, etc.)
- Any other reasonable, ad hoc tasks as required by team, e.g. translation from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.

Requirement:
- Dynamic, responsible, attention to details, strong passion for serving the society
- Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, and good organisational skill
- Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written) 
- Education: University degree
- Work experience in programme/projects planning and management is preferable.
