VSF is currently seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position:

PROJECT ASSISTANT

Report to: Project Manager
Workplace: Opera Business Center, 60 Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi
Type of job: Part - time 
Expected starting date: 1/4/2022
Duration: 12 months (Contract can be renewed based on the annual budget of the projects)
Monthly Remuneration: Will discuss during interview

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Assist the Project Manager in planning and implementing the activities of projects, guaranteeing quality and efficiency.
- Provides administrative support in implementation of activities (such as preparing logistics for events/meetings/workshop/training courses, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date files and records of project documentation
- Monitoring and evaluation activities of the project, in articulation with the Project Manager
- Support the timely preparation and submission of progress reports, donor reports, project reviews and any other required project reports;
- Translation from Vietnamese to English and vice versa. 
- Perform any other tasks as required by Project Manager.

Required skills and experience:
- Practical working experience in development projects is preferable. 
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Proactive, dynamic, responsible, agile, carefully and strong passion for serving the society
- Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, and good organizational skill
- Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written) 
- Education: University degree
