Announcement of the chosen candidates for members of “Youth for Environment” project

Beginning the recruitment process from February 2020, after evaluation, interview, and writing exam, VSF has finally chosen 8 candidates matching the best with the requirements.

The organization board has appreciated the members' knowledge, experience, skills and special attention to the environment. This is expected to contribute to project success.

For those who have not been selected this time, VSF always welcomes you to participate in project activities such as training, seminars, writing reports, and so on. Details of activities will be sent to you via email when the project is implemented.

The project "Youth for Environment" has mobilized funding from Earth Journalism Network (Internews) and BAC A BANK to implement effective activities for the environment.

Internews (formed in 1982), an international non-profit organization, has worked to build healthy media and information environments and empowered people worldwide with trustworthy, high-quality news and information.

The Earth Journalism Network (established in 2004 by Internews) is a global network that promotes media/press activities on environmental problems. In 2020, the Earth Journalism Network creates the Asia - Pacific Media Grants that seeks creative ideas from networks of journalists, media organizations, and academic organizations throughout Asia and the Pacific region that can: Enhance media coverage and public awareness of environmental issues, such as climate change, pollution, biodiversity degradation, wildlife trafficking, use and management of natural resources; Strengthen knowledge, skills, and collaboration at the national and regional levels for environmental reporting.
