In August, the “Growing up with mountainous preschool children” project by For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) received 224 contributions, totaling 382,630,000 VND. As a result, in the 2024-2025 school year, VSF will continue providing over 100,000 boarding meals for children in Cao Bang and Son La.

VSF has also distributed more than 2,700 gifts to students for the new school year, to families in difficult circumstances, and in gratitude activities, with a total value of over 800 million VND. Additionally, VSF successfully conducted training on domestic violence prevention for 33 ethnic minority women in Ang Nua commune, Muong Ang district, Dien Bien province.

This month, VSF also began the construction of 20 restrooms in 9 communes of Yen Chau district, Son La, contributing to the promotion of school hygiene for students in disadvantaged areas. This activity is part of the project to build 1,000 school restrooms, which will be implemented by 2030.

Meanwhile, the Youth for Environment project continues to invite young people aged 18-30 to submit proposals for initiatives to reduce plastic pollution, with funding of up to 30 million VND.
