Background:

For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) was established on 16 December 2014 under a licence issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs. As a non-profit social foundation, VSF contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

To achieve this mission, VSF has implemented 05 core programs: (1) School Health Program; (2) Child Protection Program; (3) Young Talents Nurturing Program; (4) Act For Environment Program; (5) Women Development. Apart from the major projects to turn five core programs into reality, VSF also regularly performs activities to promote gender equality, conducts or sponsors charitable and humanitarian activities such as the program to accompany the Government in the fight against COVID-19, “Tet for the poor”, heart surgery for children, civil construction such as building schools for poor students in highland areas, building bridges, etc.

VSF is currently seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position: 

PROGRAMME ASSISTANT

• Report to: Director
• Workplace: Opera Business Center, 60 Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi
• Type of job: Full - time 
• Expected starting date: 15 November 2026
• Duration: 7 months (maternity leave cover)

Main responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and implementation of charitable and humanitarian activities.
• Assist the team in planning, implementing, and monitoring project activities.
• Perform other reasonable ad hoc tasks as required by the team.

Requirements:

• Dynamic, responsible, detail-oriented, and passionate about community development.
• Skills: Good organisational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain project documentation and support compliance with requirements and procedures for project and grant-making activities.
• Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Education: University degree.
• Experience: Experience in programme/project implementation is preferred.
