Let's orange campaign survey results

After 3 years of implementation, the campaign's positive impact is evident. Up to present, over 1,3 billion VND has been raised for the Livelihood support fund through Let's orange activities, providing 212 ethnic minority women with interest-free loans to develop livelihoods and enhance their families' quality of life.
To evaluate the campaign's effectiveness and gather new ideas, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) conducted a survey in June among employees of TH Group and BAC A BANK - key organizers and participants in Let's orange activities. The survey, which received 328 responses, revealed highly positive feedback:
96.34% had participated in the Let's orange campaign.
82.7% enjoyed the orange check-in corners at offices and branches.
100% believed the campaign delivered practical value.
76.1% reported significant positive changes in their awareness of gender equality.
100% expressed a desire for the organizers to continue the campaign.
95.9% agreed with progressive views such as “Competence is not determined by gender” and “Both sons and daughters can support parents and worship ancestors”.
However, the survey also highlighted the persistence of some gender stereotypes, such as “Men build houses, women make it a home” and “Women must excel in both public and domestic affairs.” This indicates that the journey to shift mindsets and dismantle gender stereotypes remains challenging, requiring Let's orange to continue its persistent efforts to create deeper and more sustainable change.


The survey also garnered numerous unique and creative ideas for future Let's orange campaigns, including: producing publications on gender equality, gifting orange-themed cards to customers, creating a chibi mascot for the program, organizing writing/poetry composing/painting/storytelling competitions on gender equality, hosting talk shows and workshops on gender, decorating Let's orange corners at homes, and establishing monthly gender-themed clubs.
The organizers extended their sincere gratitude to all TH Group and BAC A BANK employees who participated in the survey. Their valuable feedback, insights, and perspectives will serve as a foundation for Let's orange to innovate, expand its reach, and generate even greater value in the future.
