[Long-term fundraising project] School Health Program

For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) implements the School Health Program to enhance school nutrition, physical health, and school hygiene, while contributing to the implementation of the National School Health Program and the Master Plan for the Comprehensive Physical Development Project for Vietnamese People for the 2011-2030 period. 

The program achieves these goals through strategic solutions, including piloting and supporting the implementation of policies on school meal standards; conducting communication campaigns and capacity-building training workshops on nutrition, physical health, personal hygiene, and environmental protection; providing school milk and boarding meals; promoting sports activities and improving school restroom facilities. 

Highlighted projects: 

Impressive numbers from the School Health program (up to 2024) 

• 110 million glasses of milk provided
• 1.000 school restrooms built in 10 years, from 2020 to 2030
• More than 330,000 semi-boarding meals sponsored, helping reduce the malnutrition rate among children receiving meal support to below 20% through Growing up with mountainous children project.
• More than VND 840 million contributed to the Mobility Disability Treatment Fund for pediatric patients through S-Race
