Receiving 8 sponsorships from staff of Deckers Brands through Global Giving

“For the better future life for poor children across my country!”

These are two loving messages from donors of Deckers Brands (an international corporation, headquaters in the USA) through Global Giving for the project  “Giving milk to pediatric patients with critical illness”.

Over the past two days, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) has received 8 consecutive sponsorships and each of which is worth 25$ with a total of 200$ from international sponsors for the project. This is a truly meaningful contribution in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic still affecting the financial condition of many individuals and families around the world. The support from Deckers' staff for children in difficult circumstances in Vietnam will be a great source of encouragement for families whose child is being treated in hospitals, and a driving force for VSF to implement this meaningful program.

The project “Giving milk to pediatric patients with critical illness” is still carried out regularly every two weeks by VSF. Accordingly, this project not only helps the pediatric patients get more nutrition, continue their treatment, but also mobilizes a large number of volunteers to participate in this meaningful activity. Students and workers are willing to visit, give hundreds of glasses of milk, and organize small activities for children in National Cancer Hospital, E Hospital and National Hospital of Acupuncture every weekend.

We would like to thank the donors' contributions and the companionship of the volunteers in the project. We will make a lot of efforts to implement more meaningful projects for the community!
