360 pregnant women and infertility patients received free medical check ups and consultations through the program “Reproductive Health Care, Maternal and Child Health, Nurturing the Dream of Parenthood”

These are the heartfelt reflections of participants in the program “Reproductive health care, maternal and child health - Nurturing the dream of parenthood.” This activity is part of the project “For mothers and children - For Vietnamese stature,” jointly implemented by For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF), TH Group, BAC A BANK, and the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Over 11 days, from October 20 to 31 , the program provided free examinations and consultations to 360 pregnant women and infertility patients, including:

- 108 participants in the Gratitude Check-up Week at the National Center for Reproductive Support, where they received ultrasounds, semen analyses, and free consultations from doctors of the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

- 252 pregnant women from 35 weeks onward received free gynecological exams, wet-mount tests, consultations, and treatment for vaginal infections during pregnancy at the hospital’s Outpatient Department.

Through these examinations, pregnant women and their families were able to detect and address gynecological issues early in late pregnancy, thereby reducing the risks of preterm birth, amniotic infection, and labor complications, helping protect the health of both mother and baby before delivery.

At the same time, the program supported infertile couples by providing them with reproductive health knowledge and opportunities to move closer to their dream of becoming parents, contributing to improved reproductive health within the community.

Alongside the medical activities, VSF, TH Group, and BAC A BANK also distributed 3,132 TH products to participating mothers and patients.
