5.800 milk glasses given to poor children in Hanoi

Faced with the complicated development of the Covid-19 pandemic, Hanoi has decided to extend the social distancing period, according to directive 17 till August 23, 2021. In recent days, people's life, especially the poor workers having children, becomes more difficult as they lose their daily income.

Accompanying with ‘Hanoi - Giup nhau mua dich’ group, through the People's Committees, Fatherland Front in districts and wards, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation has given 5,800 glasses of milk to poor children in the lockdowned areas in Hanoi.

 With the value of connection and humanity, the Foundation wishes the glasses of milk to become a spiritual gifts for people during the pandemic. In addition, we hope that this support will make an effective contribution to the State's anti-covid work, so that the pandemic is soon repelled in the near future.

In August, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation, along with TH Group and Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank, promptly supported nearly VND 2.2 billion to cover the costs of testing, accommodation during the quarantine for 500 Nghe An children returning to their hometown from the severe epidemic area in Ho Chi Minh City. Besides, 3 organizations are also donating 24 ventilators to hospitals through the Ministry of Health.

 These activities are part of a series of campaigns to donate medical products and equipment that have been carried out by 3 organizations in a row during the past 18 months since the outbreak of the pandemic, in order to join hands with the Government to fight the Covid-19 with a total value of over nearly VND 90 billion.
