A million glasses of milk to the vulnerable groups influenced by COVID-19

This morning, on April 22nd, 2020, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) donated 48,000 glasses of fresh milk to Secretariat of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in the program "Sharing love, joining hands to overcome the pandemic". The amount of milk under the program "1.000.000 glasses of fresh milk to combat the COVID-19 pandemic" of VSF and TH Group from March 2020.

The main objective of this activity is to provide milk, nutritious meals for teenagers and children in difficult circumstances, particularly, children of factory workers, freelance workers who lose their jobs, and children in mountainous and difficult areas.

At the program, the Union visited and offered 300 gifts including milk, books, rice, eggs, vegetables, confectionery, and so forth, for 300 children in Thanh Tri District and Thach That District. Each gift worth 300,000 VND. In addition, activities were also implemented in 5 provinces and cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Thai Nguyen.
