Another civil bridge constructed to celebrate For Vietnamese Stature Foundation’s 5 year journey

Madam Thai Huong - Chairwoman of the Management Board - For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) personally granted a civil bridge for the highland area to mark the VSF 5 years journey of community connection.
VSF will start building the bridge in 2020. Having another stable bridge will help hundreds of children to get to school safely, reduce traffic pressure and boost the local economy.
Madam Thai Huong congratulated and granted a medal for the Director of VSF for the first 5 years' contribution.
This meaningful action was performed on the occation of VSF’s5th anniversary. The celebration was a milestone, marking VSF's first steps in community activities. Furthermore, it was deep gratitude to the organizations and individuals, who have accompanied VSF from the very first days of establishment.
At the event, VSF organized a successful auction of chrysanthemum artwork with the hammer price of 45,000,000 VND, to support children under difficult circumstances. In addition, as of December 13, 2019, the event raised another 196,000,000 VND from many other individuals and organizations.
In total, the event raised total 241,000,000 million VND to support disadvantaged people.
Speaking at the celebration, VSF’s inspirational person - Madam Thai Huong emphasized: “VSF was born to be a charitable organization that helps the needy in a professional and organized manner. In the next 5 years, I hope VSF will have achievements beyond Vietnam and bring international donors’ aidn to Vietnamese underprivileged children and families ”.
Officially licensed by the Ministry of Home Affairs in December 2014, VSF function based on the mobilization of social resources to join hands in implementing many meaningful programs, for the physical and mental health development of Vietnamese children. In the context of a strongly growing economy, the gap has widened among rural and urban areas, the rich and the poor; and many other social issues has arised, VSF was born with the aspiration and belief that each effort of VSF would contribute to the community, especially women and children in all parts of the country.

Congratulate on VSF’s success, Ms. Le Bao Ngoc - Marketing Director of DKT International in Vietnam shared: “ DKT International hopes to continue accompanying with VSF to do the best for a better Vietnamese”.
Affirming the capability in social security activities, VSF received many recognitions from domestic organizations such as the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Health, the Committee on Ethnic Minority Affairs, the People's Committees of provinces and the Management and Sustainable Development Institute (MSD) and the Irish Aid, etc. In addition, VSF also extended its network connection with international organizations such as Global giving, A20, etc. In particular, in 2019, VSF received the “The best Non-Profit Organization of the year 2019 in Asia” award by Asia Philanthropy Awards.
With the wholeheartedly operating principle,, all of the valuable support from individuals and organizations that have entrusted VSF will be used transparently and effectively to help the disadvantaged in many localities in the country. So each activity would comply with the VSF's core values: For Vietnamese stature, Community connection and mobilization, Arousing and nurturing humanity.
