The ceremony was attended by Ms. Tran Hong Diep, Director of VSF, and Mr. Vu Xuan Thai, Program Manager for Student Development, on behalf of VSF. From USSH, there was Associate Professor Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong, Vice Rector, along with representatives from various departments, including the offices of Cooperation and Development, Politics and Student Affairs, Department of International Studies, as well as 10 scholarship recipients.
During the ceremony, both parties agreed to implement important activities such as:
Sponsoring scholarships for students in difficult circumstances and those with outstanding academic achievements.
Coordinating the organization of career guidance programs.
Organizing training courses on improving soft skills, and forums on social issues such as gender equality, environmental protection, and more.
Sponsoring student-led initiatives for community and environmental sustainability.
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong - Vice president of USSH, expressed her joy and appreciation for the partnership in activities supporting youth development. She also highlighted the potential for further cooperation with VSF to nurture and train high-quality human resources for the country.
Responding to the university’s remarks, Ms. Tran Hong Diep, Director of VSF, emphasized:
"In today’s rapidly changing world, students are extremely important for national development. Through this partnership, we hope to support students in accessing education, employment, and practicing social responsibility."
VSF is committed to cooperating not only through scholarships but also collaborating with students in community initiatives by offering financial and technical support, connecting them with networks to enhance opportunities for internships and employment.
As part of the ceremony, VSF awarded 10 scholarships to 10 outstanding students from the Faculty of International Studies who are facing difficult circumstances.
Representing the scholarship recipients, Ha Van Thanh, a third-year student of International Studies, shared:
"The 10 of us here today come from different backgrounds but share the same dream of pursuing knowledge. This scholarship is a great encouragement for students like us, both financially and emotionally. I would like to thank For Vietnamese Stature Foundation, our professors, and the university for their care and support for us young people striving to achieve our dreams."
Through the partnership, VSF affirms its commitment to stand by students on their journey toward comprehensive development. The DynaGen Initiative will continue to serve as a bridge, providing resources and opportunities to help students in their studies, careers, and contributions to the community.
