Giving 2,400 glasses of milk and necessities for workers in industrial areas affected by COVID-19

"So my daughter can drink milk now. These necessities help alleviate our daily expenses burden," shared Mr. Lanh, one of the workers receiving gifts from the "Handing gifts to workers in industrial areas affected by COVID-19".

BAC A BANK and For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF), in coordination with Lao dong & Xa hoi newspaper, have recently handed gifts to workers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in Kim Chung commune, Dong Anh district, Ha Noi. In the ceremony, 50 gifts, 2,400 glasses of milk, and some other necessities were directly handed to workers in Kim Chung commune.

The pandemic has left many devastating consequences, especially to workers from other provinces coming here to work. Production has been ceased, making life away from home much more difficult for them. It is hoped that these small gifts will give the workers the strength to overcome difficulties and challenges caused by the pandemic.
