The program featured sharing sessions by Mr. Vu Xuan Thai, Mr. Dao Khac Viet, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thinh, and welcomed the participation of many students interested in careers in NGOs and diplomatic institutions.

The morning session, themed “Pathways into NGOs and Diplomatic Institutions: Requirements, Challenges, and Opportunities,” introduced students to foundational information about the field, recruitment requirements, and essential skills that should be prepared early on.

In addition to panel discussions, participants engaged in hands-on activities by developing an outline to research a specific NGO or diplomatic institution directly in class, making the knowledge more accessible and practical.

The afternoon session focused on real-world application skills, particularly effective CV writing and interview techniques for international organizations.

Students were not only guided on how to build a well-structured and professional application profile, but also had the opportunity to draft their own CVs and participate in mock interviews, with the speakers acting as recruiters. Detailed and practical feedback helped participants better identify their strengths and areas for improvement, enhancing their readiness for future international career opportunities.

The workshop concluded with a wealth of knowledge, skills, and practical experience, empowering students to feel more confident when pursuing career opportunities in NGOs and diplomatic institutions.
DynaGen would like to extend sincere thanks to our partner organizations, speakers, and all participating students for contributing to such a meaningful workshop. We hope the insights shared will serve as a solid foundation and continued motivation for your personal and professional development journey.
