Sponsoring 8 orphans after COVID-19 in Binh Duong

In March 28th, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF), BAC A BANK and TH Group cooperated with Vietnam Volunteer Center, Binh Duong Province’s Youth Union organized the program “Unite loving arms” in order to support the orphans due to COVID-19 in Binh Duong province.

In the program, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang, Director of BAC A BANK, Binh Duong branch - representative for VSF, BAC A BANK and TH Group - presented 8 savings books to the children. Each of the savings books is worth 60 million VND, equivalent to the supporting amount of 1 million VND/month, which will be transferred via their caregivers in 5 years.

Total amount of sponsored money is 480 million VND, which was deducted from the Fundraising Campaign “Spreading True Happiness” in 2021 with a view to assisting in preventing, controlling and overcoming consequences of COVID-19.

On this occasion, the related parties also granted 50 welfare gifts for disadvantaged households in Thu Dau I. Each of the gifts is worth 500.000 VND.

Up to present, the number of children received monthly financial sponsorship from VSF are 34 children. Thanks to the sponsorship from VSF, the children had the opportunity to continue their learning and pursue their dreams.

Through the sponsored activities, VSF hopes to accompany them to overcome the difficulties in life to give their minds to study.
