The cheerful spirit of International Children’s Day on June 1st has arrived, marking the start of summer break and the end of the school year. For many children, it’s a time for park outings, ice cream treats, trips to the zoo, or receiving new books and clothes from their parents. But for others, especially those battling illness or living in difficult conditions, a full and joyful Children’s Day celebration remains a distant dream.

Understanding this, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) organized a series of meaningful activities to bring positivity and share love with children in need. Let’s take a look back at the small yet heartfelt gifts VSF shared on this special occasion.

18,000 glasses of milk from Dalatmilk and TH true MILK were delivered to 5,850 disadvantaged children and pediatric patients at the following locations:

- Vietnam National Children’s Hospital: 9,600 glasses

- Nghia Do Ward (Hanoi): 3,504 glasses

- Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital: 1,920 glasses

- Nguyen An Khuong Secondary School (Hoc Mon, Ho Chi Minh City): 1,440 glasses

- E Hospital: 1,200 glasses

- Ngoc Son Ward (Hai Phong): 336 glasses

Furthermore, VSF and our partners awarded 150 scholarships worth a total of 150 million VND to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Specifically:

- 50 scholarships (2 million VND each) were given to children of low-income fishing families in Nghe An province in collaboration with Vietnam Law Newspaper.

- 100 scholarships (500,000 VND each) were awarded to underprivileged students at six primary schools in Binh Dinh province in partnership with BAC A BANK Binh Dinh.

VSF is deeply grateful to all our partners and supporters for joining us in spreading love and care to children on this meaningful occasion.
