The first 6 children receive free surgery sponsorship for motor disabilities

The money for sponsoring is reciprocated from the S-Race 2023 tournament and is also fundraised on the 9Pay, GiveNow, and Viettel Money platforms. Up until now, 6 children have received support from VSF.

The children receiving support come from families facing difficulties in Thanh Hoa, Ha Giang, Ha Tinh, and Nghe An provinces. Among them, there are children from ethnic minority families, born with multiple congenital disabilities. Many other children have to undergo more than one surgery, significantly affecting the family's economy.

“This is the second time my child has had surgery, so my family had to borrow money from everywhere to send the child to the hospital. The family is very happy and grateful to For Vietnamese Stature Foundation for supporting the surgery costs for the child. We hope that the support from the Foundation will also be a source of encouragement for my child to recover soon and continue studying,” shared Mr. H.V.H, the parent of a pediatric patient receiving support from the fund.

All surgical costs for these children are reciprocated from the fund for surgery for motor disabilities, raised by VSF from the S-Race 2023 run and fundraising on the platforms 9Pay, GiveNow, and Viettel Money.

VSF will continue to collaborate with Vietnam-Germany Hospital to continue sponsoring children in difficult circumstances in the coming time. Information about the supported cases will be continuously updated on VSF's communication channels.

And, the S-Race 2024 run will start with the first race in Thua Thien Hue! For each participation in the offline race in Hue, VSF will contribute 5,000 VND to the fund for free treatment of motor disabilities to support poor children. In addition, S-Race athletes nationwide can continue to fundraise an additional 200 VND/1km when participating in the S-Race Family and S-Race School online running events. The entire amount will be reciprocated by VSF.
