Background

For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) is a social foundation, operating for non-profit purposes, and contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 

To achieve this mission, VSF has implemented 05 core programs: (1) School Nutrition Program; (2) Child Protection Program; (3) Young Talents Nurturing Program; (4) Act For Environment Program; (5) Women Development. Apart from the major projects to turn five core programs into reality, VSF also regularly performs activities to promote gender equality, conducts or sponsors charitable and humanitarian activities such as the program to accompany the Government in the fight against COVID-19, the Blood Donation Program “Red Sunday”, “Tet for the poor”, heart surgery for children, civil construction such as building schools for poor students in highland areas, building bridges, etc.

VSF is currently seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position:

FINANCE INTERN

Quantity: 01

Report to: Finance team

Workplace: 60 Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi - R401, Opera Business Center

Type of job: Full-time (5 days per week)

Expected starting date: July 1, 2025

Duration:  6-12 months
(Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to the full 12-month internship duration.)

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in processing financial papers and payment profiles.

• Support in issuing invoices and conducting banking transactions.

• Assist in preparing reports as instructed.

• Support the finalization and archiving of accounting documents.

• Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail, meticulousness, and desire to learn.

• Sense of responsibility and discipline

• Proficient in office computer skills, especially Excel

• Educational background: 3rd or 4th year students majoring in accounting, finance, or banking at universities.

• Passionate for social work and participation in volunteer activities is an advantage.
