Each set of warm clothes sent is not only an item of use, but also a sign of care and sharing for highland children during cold days. These gifts will be sent to students at Thai Son Kindergarten and Thach Lam Kindergarten (Cao Bang province), where the Growing up with mountainous students project is sponsoring daily boarding meals. To make the gifts truly useful and complete, let's remember a few DOs and DON'Ts when donating with VSF:

DOs
- Prioritize winter clothes for children aged 3-10 years old, such as jackets, sweaters, sweatshirts, long pants, gloves, beanies, scarves, shoes and sandals.
- You can send additional winter clothes for adults to give to parents.
- Clothes need to be intact, not torn, not frayed and without broken zippers.
- Please wash, fold, and sort by age/type of item before donating.
DON'Ts
- Do not send socks, underwear, or clothes that are too old, faded, or damaged.
- Do not send clothes unsuitable for highland weather, such as short skirts, tank tops, or summer outfits.
- Do not send unwashed items, items with odors, or items that do not ensure cleanliness and safety for children.

Each carefully prepared item adds a part of warmth sent to students at Thai Son Kindergarten and Thach Lam Kindergarten (Cao Bang province), where the Growing up with mountainous students project is sponsoring daily boarding meals.
Hopefully, from small and proper actions, the winter for children in Cao Bang will become much warmer.
