Despite the first cold weather in November, the children in Son La were warmed in the snug gifted winter clothes and given nutritious vegetable garden right at their school.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Hoang (the first person from the right)- Representative of For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) gave meaningful gifts to the teachers and the students at Xuan Nha kindergarten.

On 1st November, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF), in the company of TH Group, collaborated with Nong Thon Ngay Nay Newspaper and DynaGen Initiative students on a 200-km long trip to give those meaningful gifts to the children at Xuan Nha kindergarten, Van Ho, Son La province.

Xuan Nha kindergarten is located in Xuan Nha village, with a total of 309 students in the school year 2019-2020, most of whom are especially disadvantaged. Due to this fact, the sponsors gave 100 blankets,145 jackets, 310 sandals, more than 300 pillows, vegetable garden, books, toys and nutritious milk glasses to those students.

A nutritious vegetable garden was created to provide additional nutrition for Xuan Nha kindergarten students.

Mrs. Mui Thi Hue- Vice President of Xuan Nha kindergarten, emotionally expressed: “ Such valuable gifts not only help the students overcome part of their difficulties, concentrate on the study but also cultivate a loving attitude towards mankind and motivate them to follow excellent examples in real life”.

Wearing the gifted cozy jackets, the students at Xuan Nha kindergarten had had the most radiant smiles on their faces. Q.A couldn't help hiding his happiness with a sincere sharing: “ I didn’t like winter as the winter is freezingly cold here. I was extremely happy for receiving such jackets and blankets at my school. Thank you so much!”

Students made collages with the support of DynaGen Initiative volunteers.

Besides, thanks to DynaGen Initiative students decorating the school campus and preparing some folk games by themselves, the children had an unforgettable afternoon with various dynamic activities at their school. Those charitable activities brought about memorable experiences to the volunteers on living responsibly for the community. Moc Lan- one of the volunteers shared: “ This trip enabled us to understand and sympathize with the poor living condition of the residents in remote areas, thus experiencing unknown things”.

Gifts were handed to the families in hardship.

On this occasion, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) as a representative of the sponsors paid a visit and gave gifts with 1-year sponsorship to 5 most disadvantaged students. Đ.T.L's family was deeply touched, saying: “Our family was so grateful to VSF for these gifts. If we undergo such difficulties and have a better living condition, we will do good similar things to help people in need.”

The trip to Son La was a part of “Green Life-Responsible Life” program initiated by TH Group, with an aim to realize Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of United Nation complied by Vietnam. Correspondingly, the program encouraged the whole community in reducing nylon bags and protecting the surrounding environment [ by using gifted canvas bags instead ]. More importantly, with each of the bags given, 10,000 VND was drawn respectively to raise fund for needy children.

Not only did the program motivate environmental-protective behaviors towards sustainable development of the consumers (“green life”), but it also connected and spread a sense of collective responsibility to all people (“responsible life”). More specially, It was a great honor and privilege that VSF was delegated by TH Group to conduct so meaningful charitable activities.
