Ban Chang school site (Ha Giang) is about to be finished

Ban Chang school site which was started building from January, 2021 is raised funding from Youth Union and staff of Bac A Bank through coordination of For Vietnamese Stature Foundation and Nong Thon Ngay Moi Newspaper, along with the budget from the Vi Xuyen District People's Committee with a total construction cost of 500 million VND.

As of early May 2021, the rough construction has been completed, the contractor is carrying out plastering work, roofing and toilet construction for the school site. The project is expected to be officially completed at the end of May 2021.

Quang Ngan commune is in a difficult circumstance with a per capita income of only 18 million/person/year. Ban Chang is one of the 3 most difficult school sites of Quang Ngan preschool. Before receiving a grant to build a new school site, the preschool students here had to study in the cramped classroom of the elementary school which is several hundred meters far from there.

With two new classrooms with a total area of 80m2, the new school site including toilets, playgrounds and fences, will welcome 36 children in preschools to study, which contributes to improving their learning and living conditions.
