These days, joy has come to three families in Luong Son commune, Bao Yen district, Lao Cai province, as they officially move into their new homes.

The recent storm caused severe damage, leaving their houses either completely destroyed or seriously damaged. To help local residents recover from this disaster, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) and BAC A BANK quickly stepped in, providing 200 million VND to rebuild and repair homes for the affected families.

Before, these houses were just simple tin-roofed shelters with fragile walls. After the storm, they collapsed or became too unsafe to live in. Local authorities arranged temporary housing for the families while waiting for reconstruction.

Now, the new houses have been completed, giving these families a safer and more stable place to live. This support comes from the fundraising program celebrating BAC A BANK’s 30th anniversary, co-organized with VSF in September, aiming to help storm-affected communities get back on their feet.

These new homes not only provide a secure place to live but also bring hope and motivation for the families to rebuild their lives and move forward after the disaster
