For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) is pleased to announce: Thanks to the generosity of 95 individual and organizational donors across the country, we have successfully raised funds for the 2nd year "Growing up with mountainous preschool students” project.
The entire amount of money, VND 162 million, was transferred to For Vietnamese Stature Foundation within 28 days, which is to bring the best nutritious semi-boarding meals for preschool students in Cao Bang.
Since fundraising’s announcement had launched for this year's project, we have continuously received emails, phone calls and inboxes from previous sponsors to continue sponsoring the children in the 2021 school year. Moreover, many sponsors also introduced friends and relatives to donate to the project.
Together with the sponsors who knew about the project and participated for the first time, it's a really valuable contribution and motivation for us to carry out more activities for children.
Previously, with the companionship of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (BAC A BANK), Momo E-Wallet, and Global Giving, the project raised a total of VND 195 million.
Thus, with the total amount of money, VND 357 million, 75,600 meals will be provided to 210 students at 5 school sites belonging to Thach Lam and Thai Son Kindergarten in Bao Lam, Cao Bang during the school year 2021 - 2022.
In addition, we will meet the costs of project management, supervision and some equipment to improve the children's learning conditions, including:
- Installing a clean water system at Khau De, Sang Xoay, Ban La (Thai Son Kindergarten)
- Equipping 1 refrigerator to preserve food at Na O school (Thach Lam Kindergarten)
