Contributing school meals for 210 mountainous preschool students in the project "Growing up with mountainous preschool students" on MoMo e-wallet

For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) has officially cooperated with MoMo e-wallet in the Community area to raise funds for charity and development projects, including the project "Growing up with mountainous preschool students" - a large and long-term project of VSF, to provide nutritious school meals for preschool students in mountainous areas, contribute to support the children's physical development and enhance their health and learning efficiency.

In 2020, the project was started and deployed in Bao Lam district - Cao Bang province. The project has provided school meals for 206 preschool students of Thai Son and Thach Lam communes, with nearly 57,000 meals including lunch meals with rice, meat, fish, vegetables, fruit; special snacks with vermicelli, porridge, noodles, etc. which is a balanced and varied source of nutrition, helping children have more health to study and also a motivation to keep them studying at school. At the end of the school meals’ first year, 100% of the students gained weight and significantly increased their height; their language, cognitive and social skills also developed thanks to regular study.

These positive results have become a great motivation for VSF to continue to try harder so that the project "Growing up with mountainous preschool students" can bring not only nutritious meals, but also good learning conditions, helping preschool students in mountainous areas, who have been through many difficulties and disadvantages, have a more comprehensive physical and intellectual development. Therefore, in this school year 2021-2022, VSF has cooperated with MoMo e-wallet to raise funds for the project "Growing up with mountainous preschool students" to continue sponsoring school meals for 210 preschool students in Bao Lam district - Cao Bang province.

We hope to receive 1.300.000 Golden Pigs through MoMo Piggy Bank to be converted into VND 195.000.000 sponsored by individual donors through VSF. Accordingly, for each Golden Pig donated from the MoMo user community, philanthropists commit to sponsor VND 150. In addition, we expect to raise VND 70.000.000 from the MoMo user community through the fundraising program MoMo Heart.
