For every 11,000 VND contributed, a child in the “Growing up with mountainous students” project will receive sponsorship for one full day's school meals. This includes a nutritious lunch with rice, meat, fish, eggs, and vegetables, as well as an afternoon snack of porridge, "pho" or "bun" with meat or sausage.

These wholesome meals don't just fill hungry tummies; they also provide children with the motivation to attend class regularly, play actively, and develop comprehensively every day.

The “Growing up with mountainous students” project is currently calling for donations to sponsor semi-boarding meals for 240 ethnic minority children in Cao Bang province for the 2025-2026 school year. Contributions will be accepted until August 25, 2025.

Every contribution, no matter how small, can make a huge difference. Donors can access HERE to sponsor meals for the children through the "DONATE" feature on For Vietnamese Stature Foundation website.

Join us on the “Growing up with mountainous students” journey to spread love and empower these children to take steady steps towards a brighter future.

“Growing up with mountainous students” is a long-term project by VSF, launched in 2020, which aims to provide semi-boarding meals and improve learning conditions for preschool children in disadvantaged areas across Vietnam. After five years of implementation, the project has sponsored 354,602 meals for 1,235 preschool and primary school children. The total sponsorship value of the project has reached 2.29 billion VND, contributed by 247,497 donations from individuals, organizations and businesses.

Specifically, during the 2024-2025 school year, nearly 60,000 semi-boarding meals for these children were sponsored. Attendance rates at sponsored schools consistently reached 100%. Moreover, the children's physical development was remarkable, with each child averaging an impressive 3.3 cm in height growth and 1.9 kg in weight gain.
