Donating 16 billion VND to support the poor in 2022

As planned, the cash and goods provided by TH Group, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank and For Vietnamese Stature Foundation will support disadvantaged people through the "Fund for the Poor" during the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday . Besides, the For Vietnamese Stature Foundation will carry out direct support activities such as sponsoring tuition fees and living expenses for children in need, sponsoring semi-boarding meals for children in mountainous areas, building schools, support for affected people after the pandemic, and emergency support activities for people suffering from natural disasters.

“We believe that the companionship of For Vietnamese Stature Foundation, TH Group and Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank will bring timely support, contributing to improving the lives of people in difficult circumstances, especially during the recovery period after the COVID-19 pandemic.” - said Ms. Tran Thi Nhu Trang, Director of VSF.

Previously, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation, TH Group and Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank have accompanied the Government in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic with donations of up to 109 billion VND. In parallel with disease prevention, three parties  have made efforts to carry out many activities to help disadvantaged people across the country with an amount of up to 15 billion VND. In particular, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation strongly implements other nutrition and health sponsorship activities such as: Voluntary Blood Donation Program - Red Sunday, nutrition programs for children with disabilities, etc.

According to preliminary statistics, on the afternoon of October 17, more than 160 businesses, organizations and individuals registered to support "For the Poor" Fund and social security in 2022 with a total amount of over 1,400 billion VND.
