The ceremony took place in a warm and friendly welcome of students of the centre.

Equipment that was sponsored includes: 1 mugwort incense making machine, 10 sets of 2-seat desk and chair, 3 resistance bikes, 1 climbing machine and 1 walking machine with the total budget of 50.400.000 VND (fifty million, four hundred thousand dong).

The total budget is the profit of the fundraising campaign "Pink envelopes light up Tet Holiday", which was organized by VSF and Thuy An DRC in 2019 lunar new year. This is an activity to promote talent, passion of disabled children in art and their contribution for community. After the ceremony, Nguyen Thi Mai – one of the 12 volunteers who draw for the envelopes shared: “I am very happy and proud to be one of the volunteers for this fundraising campaign, it is my honor to join in the contribution for Thuy An centre, my second home.”

The mugwort incense making machine would help the centre in education and raising money activities.

Besides, via VSF, Viet Securities Joint Stock Company also donated 20 blankets for Thuy An DRC to join one hand in actions for people with disabilities.

It was such a memorable day for us having the chance to bring joy to the children of the centre. We are greatly appreciated the generous donation of the sponsors in "Pink envelopes light up Tet Holiday" campaign. It will be our honor to receive more support from sponsors in upcoming projects in cooperation with Thuy An Disability Rehabilitation Centre.
