Donations For Mountainous Preschool Children

5 school sites including Na O, Khau Noong, Ban La, Sang Xoay, Khau De are all located in remote mountainous villages in Bao Lam district, Cao Bang province. Despite numerous challenges, the ethnic minority students have demonstrated their thirst for knowledge and cherish their dreams for a better future. With the hope to encourage the students there on their journey to knowledge, VSF is organizing a volunteer trip to visit 5 school sites. We would like to reach the fundraising goal of VND 40,000,000.

All donations will be used for preparing 188 gifts to 188 students at 5 school sites. Each gift includes a school bag and a pair of slip-resistant rain boots for the students.

In particular, in addition to receiving monetary donations, VSF will also accept donations of toys and books suitable for preschool children. The toys and books will be classified,sorted and given to the school sites, which are still in short supply of toys and books for students.

Notes for toys and books donated:

New or used storybooks but still intact and in good condition, suitable for preschoolers (ages 3-6).

New or used toy but intact and clean ( stuffed animals need to be washed and dried). Battery-free and non-electronic toys are preferred.
