As the floods recede, the need to stabilize lives, restore livelihoods and maintain education remains a major challenge for many families. With the desire to provide a solid foundation for people to gradually rebuild their lives, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF), in coordination with BAC A BANK, has donated multi-purpose cash assistance to families and students heavily affected by storms and floods in various localities. The total sponsorship value is 5 billion VND.

Accordingly, 3 billion VND was directly delivered to people in provinces and cities, including Khanh Hoa, Gia Lai, Da Nang, Lam Dong, Dak Lak and Thai Nguyen, with a support level of 500 million VND per province.

Additionally, 2 billion VND was handed over by VSF and BAC A BANK through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to the Central and Central Highlands regions to empower people in areas suffering from the long-term impacts of natural disasters, supporting the reconstruction process and the gradual recovery of production activities.

Through activities implemented across these localities, more than 18,500 people have been supported, including households and students directly affected by the storms and floods.

Previously, immediately after the disasters occurred and caused severe damage, VSF proactively launched community fundraising campaigns and coordinated with partners to carry out emergency relief activities, focusing on multi-purpose cash assistance, essential supplies, house repairs and providing equipment for schools.

Continuing to implement support activities during the recovery phase is an extension of those efforts, aiming to accompany people and students in the process of stabilizing their lives, gradually restoring jobs and livelihoods and maintaining education after the disasters. To date, the total resources mobilized and donated by VSF and our partners have exceeded 12.3 billion VND.
