For Vietnamese Stature Foundation delivers more than 250 million VND in support to residents of Da Nang and Hue affected by flooding

In response to the severe damage caused by the circulation of Storm No. 12 in Hue and Da Nang, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) continued its coordination with the Viet Nam Women’s Union to provide 500 cash gift packages worth a total of 500 million VND to women union members, women, and orphaned children affected in the two cities.
Of this, VSF contributed 200 cash gifts worth 200 million VND, helping families overcome hardship and stabilize their lives.

Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Huong, Chairwoman of the Da Nang Women’s Union, expressed her heartfelt thanks to the Central Women’s Union and VSF for their continuous care and timely support. She emphasized that this assistance is not only valuable material support, but also a great source of encouragement that helps women and orphaned children remain resilient through loss and gradually rebuild their lives after the disaster.

In addition, VSF collaborated with Tien Phong Newspaper and Da Nang Youth Union to distribute 6,000 TH true MILK and TH true WATER products to 200 families in deeply flooded areas of the city. These practical gifts provided timely support to affected households, helping them regain stability and gradually overcome post-flood challenges.

All funding for these activities was mobilized through the campaign “Support people affected by natural disasters and floods in 2025.” Previously, VSF also delivered 630 million VND in cash support to people affected by storms in Lao Cai, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, and Nghe An, also from this campaign’s budget.

To date, after the damage from Storms No. 10, 11, and 12, nearly 1.3 billion VND has been delivered by VSF, in collaboration with agencies and businesses, to support affected communities.
