The 20 facilities, with a total value of 1.2 billion VND (60 million VND/facility), were completed and handed over to 7 schools and school sites ranging from preschool, primary, secondary to high school levels in Binh Son commune, Quang Ngai province.
These are the next 20 facilities to be inaugurated under the "1,000 school restrooms" project under the Wishes for Children program - calling on the whole society to join hands to support students and teachers in disadvantaged, remote, isolated, and ethnic minority areas. In 2025 alone, the project donated 402 facilities with a total value of more than 24.12 billion VND to schools in many disadvantaged areas across the country.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Vu Thu Hang, Communications Director of BAC A BANK, representing the sponsors, shared: "A safe, clean, and civilized school environment is an essential condition for students to develop healthily, both physically and intellectually. With the 20 donated facilities, we hope that teachers and students will have more favorable conditions for teaching, learning, and daily activities."

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thai, Director of the Quang Ngai Department of Education and Training, highly evaluated the "1,000 school restrooms" project as a very practical and meaningful program. The fact that Quang Ngai benefits from these 20 restrooms this time is an honor and a precious gift for the teachers and students of schools in Binh Son commune.

On this occasion, VSF, BAC A BANK, and TH Group donated 5,568 glasses of TH true MILK fresh milk to students of Binh Chanh Primary School and Sao Mai Preschool; Thanh Nien Newspaper awarded 20 Nguyen Thai Binh scholarships to underprivileged students striving in their studies at Binh Chanh Primary School and Binh Chanh Secondary School.

Previously, in May 2025, through the connection of Thanh Nien Newspaper, the "1,000 school restrooms" project commenced the upgrading and construction of these 20 restrooms in Quang Ngai. The simultaneous commissioning of these facilities right before the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026 is expected to contribute to sustainably improving school sanitation conditions, thereby enhancing the quality of health care and protection for local students.
