For Vietnamese Stature Foundation visited students at Chieng Khoa Primary & Secondary School, Van Ho, Son La

At the beginning of April, the representative of the For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) visited 116 disadvantaged students who are currently being sponsored semi-boarding meals at Chieng Khoa Primary and Secondary School, Chieng Khoa ward/commune, Van Ho, Son La, as a part of the project "Growing up with mountainous preschool students." Many touching stories and wishes were shared by students in this meeting.

“I really enjoy going to school because I can study better, have more friends and the school meals are very yummy. I love eating at school.”

"Both school meals and my mom’s meals are delicious. I love school meals the most because I can eat my favorite carrots."

In addition, representatives of VSF and Chieng Khoa school had a discussion, scrutinized the preparation and food processing, and finally evaluated the results. The school has planned a range of menus, selected reputable local suppliers and requested them to deliver fresh food to the school kitchen everyday in order to ensure the safety, hygiene and nutritious meals.

On this occasion, 116 gifts including notebooks, candies and TH true MILK were presented to the students by VSF.

"Growing up with mountainous preschool students" is a major and long-term project which was implemented from 2020 by VSF, aiming to sponsor semi-boarding meals and improve learning conditions for preschool and primary school students in many disadvantaged areas across the country. In the 3rd year, beside the sponsoring activities in Cao Bang province, the project has expanded to Son La province with the sponsorship from TH Group.
