Gift Giving Volunteer Recruitment for “Warm winter for mountainous children - Growing up with mountainous preschool students” in Cao Bang Province.

For personal reasons, a few volunteers have withdrawn from this program, so VSF is in urgent need to recruit:

• Quantity: 10 volunteers

• Time: January 14 2021 - January 16 2021 (3 days)

Responsibilities: participating in this trip and giving gifts to children, organizing interesting activities, spreading meaningful passages about this program before, during and after this trip.

Agenda:

January 14: 6am: Traveling from Hanoi to Bao Lam District

January 15: Visiting 2 Preschools

January 16: Coming back from Bao Lam to Hanoi (expected time in Hanoi: 6pm)

20 volunteers will divide into 2 groups:

Group 1: Visiting Khau Noong and Na O Sites ( Thach Lam Preschool)

Group 2: Visiting Ban La and Sang Soay Sites (Thai Son Preschool)

Travelling time from Bao Lam town to preschool sites is about 3 hours, including stream and mountain traveling

Note:

1. VSF will support guide costs and cars to travel from Hanoi to Cao Bang and to preschool sites.

2. Volunteers pay for accommodation and living expenses by themselves (expenses will be divided equally among the members of the group, expected 950,000 VND / person).

3. Volunteers can bring extra gifts for children but they should not bring bulky items. To make sure that all children have gifts, VSF and volunteers will decide the way to give gifts.
