Project "Growing up with mountainous preschool students" 2024-2025 school year: a new school site added - Lung Chang school site

Lung Chang School is located in a rugged area with limited infrastructure and a lack of teaching equipment. Despite these challenges, the students of Lung Chang School always strive to improve, and the teachers remain dedicated to their teaching. Therefore, with the support from the "Growing up with mountainous preschool students" project for the 2024-2025 school year, VSF hopes this will be a significant motivation, promising to bring about positive changes to improve the quality of education at this highland school.

Over the past 4 years, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) has successfully implemented the "Growing up with mountainous preschool students" project at 5 school sites: Na O, Khau Noong, Ban La, Khau De, and Sang Xoay. At these schools, students have not only benefited from improved infrastructure but have also been provided with nutritious semi-boarding meals, helping to improve their health and overall development. As a result, in the 2023-2024 school year, the students' average weight increased by 2.2kg, and their height by 4.1cm, clearly reflecting the positive changes brought by the project.

VSF hopes that these small efforts will spread goodwill, thereby helping many more students and contributing to the sustainable development of the community, especially the ethnic minority children in Cao Bang.

The “Growing up with mountainous preschool students” project is a large and long-term initiative by For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) aimed at improving learning conditions for preschool and primary school students in difficult areas. Currently, the project is being implemented in Cao Bang and Son La. Over the past 3 years, more than 263,000 individual and organizational sponsors have continuously supported the project, contributing over 1 billion VND in total sponsorship.
