👩‍🏫 Ms. Tran Hong Diep – Director of VSF, Expert in Gender and Community Development

With 25 years of experience in women's rights, child protection, and gender equality, Ms. Diep has led nearly 100 training sessions across the country on child abuse prevention, anti-discrimination, and violence against children.
She is especially knowledgeable in positive discipline methods, focusing on children's individual growth and psychology. Currently, she is the Director of VSF and also works as a technical advisor for international organizations such as CARE, Oxfam, and ASEAN-ACT.

Thanks to her deep experience and strong commitment to community work, Ms. Diep brings not only expert knowledge but also real-life insights and long-lasting inspiration to every training session.

👩‍⚕️ Dr. Nguyen Thi Chinh – Expert in Psychology, Gender, and Reproductive Health

As a researcher, lecturer, and policy consultant, Dr. Chinh has devoted many years to programs that promote reproductive health, gender education, and mental wellness for young people.

She is an expert for the School Health Program run by Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) and has worked with Plan International to develop training materials and teacher-student guidance based on international standards.

Having led over 20 sexual education programs for children and teens, Dr. Chinh brings a modern, friendly, and easy-to-understand approach that helps young people learn how to protect themselves in real life.

Two experts, two styles, one shared goal – their dedication and belief in children’s potential. These training sessions promise to offer deep knowledge, practical skills, and positive energy for both students and parents.
