Opportunity to receive 20.000.000 VND for Community Initiative – Lunar New Year

THE PURPOSE OF CALLING FOR THE SUBMISSION OF THE COMMUNITY INITIATIVE 

In order to find new Initiative, Idea, Creative Project to cope with the community and social issue. The program will contribute to promote the role of young generation to participate in developing the society, solving social issues, building beautiful culture for every Vietnamese citizen.

BENEFITS

• The two best Initiatives will be selected for funding implementation
• Each Initiatives will be supported with 20.000.000 VND for implementation
• The selected Initiatives will be consulted and guided by experienced experts
• The selected Initiatives and the implementation teams will be promoted and appeared on media publication, website and fanpage of VSF and DynaGen Initiative

REGULATIONS

Sponsorship activities 

• The proposal for community initiatives focus on the following areas: Education, Medical, Community Health, Environment Protection, Poverty reduction.

Request

• Group registration, from 3 to 5 members
• Each group can submit more than one Initiative Proposals
• Each student can participate in one group only
• The Initiatives have not been submitted to any contest

• The Initiative Proposal have to write in the form of VSF, download the form: Here
• Submit the Initiative Proposal via email: thai.vx@vitamvocviet.vn 
• Deadline: From 05/12/2019 to 23h 25/12/2019

Selection Criteria

• The possibility and significance of the Initiative Proposal
• The influence in the community
• The communication message of the Proposal
• The Proposal does not violated the law, the culture of Vietnam, and does not involve political and religious issues
• Provide fully information including: 
• Name of Initiative
• Name of leader and team members
• Location of implementation
• Targets of Initiative 
• Beneficiaries
• Detailed Program plan
• Detailed budget 

General rules

• The selected and funded initiative have to implement at the schedule timeline. If there is a delay without any suitable reason, VSF will revoke the reward
• VSF have the right to use any image, content, articles of the initiative that the author send in order to educate and encourage young people to participate in volunteering activities without any permission or paying fee for the individual or group of author.
• VSF can use all the content for non-profit purposes.

Timeline:

• Call for submission of Initiative Proposal: From 05/12/2019 to 25/10/2109
• Inform the Initiatives go into the Review Round: 30/12/2019
• Arrange a debate between The Initiative Group: 03/01/2020
• Implementation of the Initiative: From 13/01/2020 to 23/02/2020
• Completing documents and activity reports: 29/02/2020

About VSF and DynaGen Initiative

• VSF is a social, charity, non-profit Fund licensed by the Ministry of Domestic Affairs under the decision No.1288 dated 16/12/2014. Mission of VSF is to develop the physical and mental health of Vietnamese children. With this mission, VSF focuses on promoting the nutrition and learning right of young people through 3 main programs: School Nutrition Program, Talent Nurturing Program and Health Care Program for Pregnancy. 

• In the framework of Talent Nurturing Program, DynaGen Initiative is a long-term project conducted by VSF, collaborated with The Education and Times (Ministry of Education and Training) and Center for Student Support and Development of Vietnam (Center Vietnam Association of Student). The goal of DynaGen Initiative is connect the community and mobilize social resources to support student to reach their potential in the learning process, looking for job and creating careers as well as raising awareness and responsibility in participating social activities. This will contribute to create a young, dynamic generation, therefore it will contribute to the development of the community and country.
