Presenting 15 cartons of milk to people with disabilities on the Vietnamese Disability Day (18 April)

This activity is part of the gift-giving program on the Vietnamese Disability Day (18 April 2020). The program is to encourage the unfortunate fates, alleviate difficulties in their lives, and help them integrate into the community.
