Recap of Office Tour - DynaGen Initiative Season 4’s last activity

Recently, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation’s (VSF’s) Dynagen Initiative season 4  successfully organized the Office Tour activity, which lasted from May 28 to June 18.

Through this activity, students were able to visit and gain practical experiences at 5 organizations and businesses, including the For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF); the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women); TH Food Chain Joint Stock Company (TH Group); VietCycle Joint Stock Company, and An Phat Holdings Group. As the last activity of Dynagen course 4, the Office Tour attracted 82 registration applications from students across all universities in Hanoi.

By visiting and learning about the establishment and development processes, corporate culture, recruitment processes, etc., the students found this to be a very meaningful activity.

Through the Office Tour activity, I was able to visualize how companies operate as well as better understand the functions and tasks of departments. Furthermore, I also have a clearer vision of the elements my 'dream' environment and culture will include, and the type of organization/business I will pursue," shared Nguyen Minh Ngoc, a student at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.

“Participating in the tour was really meaningful to me because, in addition to the knowledge gained at school, we really need practical activities like this to have a more objective view, equipping us with the knowledge and skills before entering the labor market," shared Tran Phuong Thao, a 3rd-year student at the Banking Academy of Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Le Thang Long, Deputy General Director of An Phat Holdings Group personally welcomed and spent time sharing knowledge about plastic and environmental protection with the DynaGeners.  "The students today are very active. Even though they are only first and second-year students, they have shown themselves to be very agile, critical thinkers, and very fond of the environment. These are all very important qualities for students that I think will become development factors in the future", Mr. Long shared.

Office Tour is an activity within the framework of DynaGen Initiative Season 4, a student development program, designed to create opportunities for young people to experience a professional working environment at reputable businesses and organizations, as well as to learn about corporate culture and recruitment opportunities at these entities.

DynaGen Initiative is a student development program implemented by For Vietnamese Stature Foundation and the Education & Times Newspaper (Ministry of Education and Training) since 2019, with the support of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank and TH Corporation. The program aims to realize the vision and mission of these units, which is to contribute to developing the talents of the young generation and supporting students in establishing themselves and starting their careers.
