In fact, at every New Year, the traffic becomes heavy, the potential rate of traffic accidents rises and leads to the increase in the need for blood transfusions. Additionally, more and more diseases need support from blood donors. Therefore, Tien Phong Newspaper and a number of organizations hold the Red Sunday program with two goals: 1. Contributing to solving the shortage of blood in hospitals at Lunar New Year; 2. Publicizing and mobilizing the voluntary blood donation movements.
