According to the Vietnam Industry and Trade Magazine, electricity power and heavy industries cause 90% of national greenhouse gas emissions on average each year. The exploitation of renewable energy such as wind and solar power to generate electricity is more popular. However, the most effective way is to save electricity by turning off the lights, unplugging the power outlet when we do not use it.
This is the third short film in the environmental non-profit community film project co-operated by For Vietnamese Stature Foundation, Touch, TH Group and BAC A BANK.
The goal of the project is to raise public awareness through 5 short films with the following topics:
Forest protection
Water saving
Electricity saving
Plastic waste minimization
Recycled fashion
as well as encourage each individual and family to have small actions, and generate good habits to protect the environment.
