The true happiness to build a new bridge for poor people in Khuoi Luoi village (Ha Giang province), sponsored by VSF and TH Group

The continuous rain in recent days in Ha Giang province has finally stopped, making it possible for representatives from VSF to come to Khuoi Luon village in Ha Giang province to attend the ceremony of starting the construction of the 15th Dan Tri bridge for people here.

Mrs. Tran Thi Nhu Trang, Director of VSF attended the groundbreaking ceremony of construction of 15th bridge.

Thanks to the connection of Dan Tri newspaper, VSF and TH Group sponsored 500 million VND to build a new strong bridge as a replacement of the temporary one, which hopefully improves traffic across river and help locals and children settle down here.

Huu San is a commune with 3 poor villages. Khuoi Luon village has 84 households, most of which belong to Mong, Tay, Dao ethnic group. Their main livelihoods are cultivation and raising cattles at home. Hopefully, the construction of the bridge will help them develop their business and improve living conditions.
