For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) is a social foundation, operating for non-profit purposes, and contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

To achieve this mission, VSF has implemented 05 core programs: (1) School Health Program; (2) Child Protection Program; (3) Young Talents Nurturing Program; (4) Act For Environment Program; (5) Women Development. 

Apart from the major projects to turn five core programs into reality, VSF also regularly performs activities to promote gender equality, conducts or sponsors charitable and humanitarian activities such as the program to accompany Government in the fight against COVID-19, the Blood Donation Program “Red Sunday”, “Tet for the poor”, heart surgery for children, civil construction such as building schools for poor students in highland areas, building bridges, etc.

VSF is currently seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position:

PROGRAM ASSISTANT

• Report to: Director
• Workplace: Opera Business Center, 60 Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi
• Type of job: Full-time
• Expected starting date: 1/10/2024
• Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension   

Main responsibility:

• Responsible for executing general administrative duties, including organizing logistics for travel, events, and meetings; managing the sorting, screening, and distribution of incoming mail, pouches, and faxes; processing outgoing mail, faxes, and pouches; and maintaining an efficient office filing system.
• Serve as the Project Manager for the "Growing Up with Mountainous Preschool Students" project.
• Provide support to the team in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities across various projects.
• Undertake additional ad hoc tasks as required by the team

Requirement:

• Dynamic, responsible, attention to detail, strong passion for serving the society
• Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, and good organizational skill
• Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and basic English proficiency
• Education: University degree
• Work experience in administration and program/project management is an advantage
