5.5 Billion VND donated to support people severely affected by Typhoon Yagi

Specifically, TH Group, alongside VSF, contributed VND 3.5 billion, including VND 1.5 billion worth of products, equivalent to 300,000 bottles of TH true WATER, while BAC A BANK donated VND 2 billion through the State Bank of Vietnam.

These timely actions once again demonstrate the spirit of mutual support and solidarity of the three organizations in helping the people overcome the aftermath of the disaster.

Labor Hero Thai Huong, Founder and Chairwoman of the Strategic Council of VSF and TH Group, and General Director of BAC A BANK, personally traveled to Yen Bai this afternoon to deliver the aid.

“The devastating images and news from the affected provinces continuously pour in, leaving each of us feeling deeply concerned. The most immediate thing we can do at this moment is to provide timely assistance by funding for buying rescue equipment, essential goods, food and drinking water. For Vietnamese Stature Foundation, TH Group, and BAC A BANK wish to contribute and join hands in helping the people overcome this difficult time. In particular, TH true WATER products will be directly delivered to those left homeless by the floods through volunteers, as we believe clean water is particularly crucial for them at this moment,” said Ms. Tran Thi Nhu Trang, Chairwoman of the Management Board of VSF, on behalf of the three organizations.

Previously, VSF, TH Group, and BAC A BANK have consistently taken timely and practical actions to support communities during natural disasters and epidemics. The efforts include assisting those affected by Typhoon NORU, launching the 'Join hands with Central Vietnam to overcome flooding - A mission from the heart” program, and accompanying the Government to combat COVID-19, among other initiatives.
