Another little heart gets a beat strong and healthy

Born in 2024, C.T.A. is the youngest child in a Hmong family in Bac Ha commune, Lao Cai province. The family relies mainly on farming for their livelihood while also supporting two older children who are still in school. In April 2026, she was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect and required surgery to prevent long - term health complications. However, the cost of treatment became a burden far beyond the family’s means.

After receiving information from E Hospital, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) connected with donor Cao Hoai Duc, who provided VND 46,083,161 to cover C.T.A.’s surgery costs. Thanks to this timely support and the dedicated care of the medical team, the surgery was successful, and the child's health has now stabilized. 

VSF extends our appreciation to the donor and the medical team at E Hospital for their support in helping C.T.A. receive timely treatment. Such contributions not only enable children with congenital heart disease to access necessary medical care but also provide encouragement and hope for their families as they navigate future challenges.
