The training program "Gender - Gender equality with young journalists" has attracted nearly 100 journalists/collaborators of online/printed newspapers, television and radio stations; communication officer and content officer of social enterprises and development projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Accordingly, the candidates have shown their enthusiasm and desire to improve their knowledge of gender - gender equality to develop gender-sensitive press and communication products.

Initiative "Gender - Gender Equality with Young Reporters" of VSF surpassed 12 proposals in Asia to receive funding from 2021 AGenT Small Grant Program (SGP) of Asian Gender Trainers' Network Program (AGenT).
With this initiative, through a series of training and field activities, VSF wishes to inspire and accompany young reporters in an effort to promote gender equality.
