For Vietnamese Stature Foundation Donates Hand Sanitizers and Handwashing Instruction Boards to 27 Schools in Lang Son

In July, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) will donate hand sanitizers and 6-step handwashing instruction boards to schools in remote areas of Son La, Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, Bac Kan, and Hoa Binh provinces. To date, the project has been successfully implemented in four provinces: Lang Son, Tuyen Quang, Son La, and Bac Kan.
Each school receives 50 bottles of Ngoc Thao hand sanitizer and a handwashing instruction board following the Ministry of Health's 6-step guidelines. Representatives from Lang Son Provincial Youth Union, VSF, and Hoa Linh Pharmaceutical Company directly handed over the hand sanitizers and installed the instruction boards at Hiep Ha Primary and Secondary School in Loc Binh District.
On July 14, representatives from VSF and Hoa Linh Pharmaceutical Company donated hand sanitizers and handwashing instruction boards to 27 schools participating in the "1,000 School Restrooms" project in Lang Son. The donation ceremony took place at the headquarters of Lang Son Provincial Youth Union, with the participation of Mr. Lang Van Chi, Permanent Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Youth Union.
Mr. Lang Van Chi highly appreciated the significance of this initiative, which enhances the value of building school toilets, improves personal hygiene, and promotes student health. Additionally, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien, Principal of Hiep Ha Primary and Secondary School, stated that this initiative helps the school save costs and promotes proper handwashing practices.
The donation activities will continue, with a total of 100 schools benefiting. Donating hand sanitizers and handwashing instruction boards is an enhanced activity of the "1,000 School Restrooms" project. With the support of Hoa Linh Pharmaceutical Company, this activity aims to increase students' knowledge and practices regarding personal hygiene.

The "1,000 School Toilets" project is part of the "Wishes for Children" program, implemented by the Vietnamese Stature Foundation, the National Volunteer Center - Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and the Ministry of Education and Training, with the support of TH Group and Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank. The Vietnam Red Cross Society and the Vietnam Digital Knowledge System Project under the Ministry of Science and Technology are coordinating partners. The project aims to build 1,000 school toilets from 2021 to 2030 to enhance access for students in difficult areas to safe, friendly, and clean toilets, thereby improving school health and overall education quality.
