For Vietnamese Stature Foundation, TH Group, and BAC A BANK donated 4 billion VND to flood-affected residents in Nghe An province

On the morning of July 26th, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF), TH Group, and BAC A BANK provided 4 billion VND in aid to people affected by floods in the western communes of Nghe An province. This support package included 3 billion VND in cash and 1 billion VND worth of essential products from TH Group.

Labor Hero Thai Huong, Founder and Chairwoman of the Strategic Council of VSF & TH Group, and General Director of BAC A BANK, joined the working delegation led by Mr. Phan Dinh Trac, Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Head of Party Central Committee’s Commission for Internal Affairs, to deliver the aid from the three organizations in Nghe An.

In July, western Nghe An experienced severe flooding due to the impact and lingering effects of Storm No. 3. This led to significant losses of life, property, and infrastructure, directly disrupting the daily activities and production of thousands of households.

This donation further emphasizes the three organizations' commitment to supporting communities in disaster response and recovery efforts, which aim to stabilize their lives and get them back to production quickly.

Previously, these three organizations have jointly implemented many activities to assist people during natural disasters and epidemics. These efforts include donating 109 billion VND accompanying the Government’s COVID-19 prevention and control efforts, as well as over 10 billion VND donated in aid for those affected by Typhoon Yagi.
