Giving 75.600 meals for mountainous children - accompanying the project "Growing up with mountainous preschool students" in the 2nd year

With only VND 1,7 million/student/school year, 360 school meals will be provided for each student.

Sponsors can: Sponsor any amount of money or sponsor for 1 or more students within 1 school year.

Information about school meals, children's learning and health will be updated to sponsors quarterly.

Until July of 2021, VSF has successfully raised VND 195 million for the project  "Growing up with mountainous preschool students" from BAC A BANK, Momo's Heart (Momo e-wallet), and international sponsors through Global Giving.

In addition, VSF has reciprocated the supporting cost of the facilities improvement at the school sites, as well as the costs of human resources, management, supervision and evaluation of the project.

Therefore, the FUND’S OBJECTIVE is VND 162 million (from now to August 23rd, 2021).

As a prestigious and experienced organization in the field of health care, nutrition improvement, contributing to the physical and mental development of Vietnamese children, VSF is committed to implementing the program transparently and efficiently with the community’s support mobilization.

In 2020, with the support and companionship of hundreds of individual and business benefactors across Vietnam, the project "Growing up with mountainous preschool students" has brought 57.000 nutritious school meals and improved learning conditions for 206 preschool students in Bao Lam district - Cao Bang province.

Used to be underweight and stunted children who have a little white rice every day and are not afraid of crossing the forest and streams to go to school; these girls and boys now have warm nutritious lunches, and also have snacks in the afternoon. Thanks to adequate nutritional care, the children love going to school, are more eager to learn, and there are no more absences in the afternoon due to lack of lunch meals.

"Growing up with mountainous preschool students" is a large and long-term project to sponsor school meals and improve learning conditions for preschool students in many disadvantaged areas across Vietnam. In the school year 2021-2022, VSF will sponsor meals for 210 students at Khau Noong and Na O school sites (Thach Lam Preschool) and Khau De, Sang Xoay, Ban La school sites (Thai Son Preschool)
