On February 6, 1985, the Vietnamese Council of Ministers issued a decision that choose February 27 as Vietnam Physicians’ Day to highlight the responsibility and intelligence of health workers in national construction and defense.

In the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic in Vietnam during the past two years, we even more appreciate the sacrifices and ceaseless contributions of doctors and nurses in order to cope with the spread of the pandemic. They are the heroes who are working day and night on the frontline to treat patients and bring safety to the people.

Also during this period, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation has mobilized from many resources to support and accompany the doctors and nurses at the frontline to combat the pandemic. In January 2021, when the pandemic broke out again, VSF and TH Group, BAC A BANK supplied 201,600 glasses of fresh milk and other nutritious drinks that contributed to the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic in Hai Duong and Quang Ninh province.

On the 66th anniversary of the Vietnam Physicians' Day, VSF would like to congratulate and express our gratitude to the physicians and staff working in the healthcare sector for their contribution in the medical industry in general and the fight to eradicate the Covid-19 pandemic in particular in Vietnam.
